At Get Up and Move Preschool we believe toddlers learn best by doing. Playing and learning come naturally to toddlers which is why we encourage active and fun movement that will pique curiosity and help children connect to the larger world. Get Up and Move Preschool follows a traditional preschool schedule, but adds an extra element of movement. By using their bodies, we help children learn ABC's, shapes, colors, numbers, healthy social and emotional development, and other age appropriate subjects. For example, students at Get Up and Move Preschool will learn a new action word each week that corresponds with a letter of the alphabet. During each lesson, not only will students practice writing their letters, but they will also get a chance to move their bodies in a way that will help reinforce principles and productively channel their energy.

Students will have a chance to express their energy and increase their self confidence by socializing, playing, dancing, singing and having fun!
